Engineer Connect is recruiting for a Maintenance/Service Alarm Engineer for a security alarm company based in the Leicester area.
Please note this is a field-based role. You will be on the road with coverage in Leicester, Coventry, Nottingham, and Northampton.
You will work full-time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years experience in a similar role.
Duties:
* Servicing and repairs on various Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV, and Intruder Systems for domestic and commercial clients.
* Fault finding, identifying issues, and making recommendations for resolution.
* Working on large and small installation projects across all security disciplines.
* Understanding the requirements of the customer, communicating clearly, and reacting efficiently.
* Providing out-of-hours paid call-out to customers as part of a 1 in 7 scheduled on-call rota.
* Providing customers with training and demonstrations on systems.
* Working proactively and efficiently on your own or as part of a team.
* Staying updated on all the latest advances in security systems technology to find the best product solutions for clients.
* Any other reasonable requests from management.
