Role Description
This is a great role for you if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, getting involved in multiple projects, with multiple stakeholders and are obsessed with efficiency.
The role covers eCRM technical campaign workflow activation and management as well as data analysis, data management & lead validation solution integration. Responsibilities include supporting the technical side of account-based marketing / lead generation activation with lead validation implementation & management, data modelling, dashboard development, campaign insights data extraction, data configuration, data research, eCRM platform integration, data workflows, and API integrations.
We are looking for someone passionate about delivering great results, who loves innovating and challenging existing ways of working and subsequently converting them into scalable, repeatable motions. You should be a naturally organised person, able to build relationships with various stakeholders at differing levels as well as identify any key contacts.

As a team, Demand Generation covers a wide range of craft skills including but not limited to Content Syndication, Lead generation, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Social and Technical Implementations.
The Role:
1. Support with the technical set-up and activation of ABM / lead gen campaigns as well as email nurture via sales and marketing automation platforms.
2. Provide clients with ongoing strategic and technical roadmaps to ensure that they get best value from their automation solutions.
3. Responsible for all aspects of the marketing & sales tech stack configuration and administration - Marketo & Salesforce.
4. Have the ability to communicate and work closely with client technical teams and stakeholders.
5. Capture and understand client business requirements and translate them into well-architected technical solutions by researching, testing and recommending the most appropriate options that best leverage platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.
6. Set up and maintain project plans and reporting.
7. Regular client and external supplier interaction and relationship building.
8. Prepare campaign level reporting, document and present learnings, findings and insights.
9. Collaborate with your colleagues across Technical, Social and Design craft streams to ensure cohesion.
10. Ensure campaigns are executed according to the brief and in a timely manner.
11. Working closely with and mentor junior team members to share knowledge and allow delegation of certain tasks.
Key Skills and Characteristics
Significant experience in marketing or project/account management.
1. Hands-on and proven experience of day to day working with large scale clients and projects.
2. Experienced with E-mail marketing and nurture flows.
3. Experienced with creating optimised landing pages and emails that convert.
4. Knowledge and expertise in creating, managing, optimising and reporting on campaigns.
5. Knowledge of/experience with marketing automation systems (including Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to create, optimise and manage campaigns.
6. Ability to work efficiently, transparently and as part of a team.
7. Calm under pressure.
8. Digital and tech-savvy with solid understanding of modern digital marketing solutions and technologies.
9. Critical thinking and ability to problem solve quickly.
10. Proactiveness and eagerness to learn.
11. Excellent communication skills.
