Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and nurture relationships with an established customer base.
2. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
3. Seek and develop referral opportunities to expand the customer base.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
5. Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
8. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Proven experience in account management, preferably within the telecoms or IT sector.
2. Strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services including VoIP, Connectivity, Mobile, IT, and Security.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
