About the role…
You’ll be a key contributor to the site set up with support from the wider operational team. Building relationships is a key part of any role; a Construction Manager will be able to develop relationships across the team, including clients, sub-contractors, and client/professional teams.
In this role, you’ll help to identify risks and opportunities by understanding the full scope of each work package. You’ll need to be able to clearly define roles and responsibilities within your team and mobilise your sub-contractors through clear and effective communication.
You will oversee Health & Safety in accordance with the company and project H&S plan. You’ll be supporting the Project Manager by managing the complex and time-constrained works, working with the design team by supporting design workshops.
Minimum Requirements:
1. CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
2. SMSTS qualification
3. Experience in managing multiple large packages of work
4. Detailed knowledge of construction methodology, process, and inherent safety involved
