Were\nlooking to reduce the overall IT estate while growing its capability by\nexploiting innovative tools.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\n\nHere in the Service Transformation Lab, were on a mission to transform\ncolleagues engagement with, and consumption of technology via self-service\nportals, virtual agents and the exploitation of AI. \n\nWere achieving this by exploiting the capability of ServiceNow, an industry\nleading tool in automating colleagues’ experiences to enhance customer\noutcomes.
Since the implementation of ServiceNow in 2018, we have delivered\nimmense value through the platform, now hosting over 50 business processes\nspanning ITSM, Employee Centre, Cyber, Change and Customer Payments…and were\njust getting started. \n\nWere seeking a Team Leader with Senior Developer skills in our Service\nTransformation Lab who will drive the creation of innovative solutions for our\ncolleagues’ journeys engaging with IT; working in conjunction with our\ndevelopers, analysts and Architects across all ServiceNow modules; to design,\ndevelop and support solutions that further platform capability and\nexploitation as an enterprise suite, in a highly collaborative, Agile\nenvironment.\n\nExamples of day-to-day tasks would include:\n\n * Interpreting user stories and supporting development & implementation through to completion.\n\n * Implementing new functionality\n\n * Working with expert user interface 3rd parties\n\nWe welcome applicants from diverse cultural, and technological backgrounds and\nbelieve this is critical to success. This is a role in a niche area, so as a\nminimum to be considered for shortlisting we need to see evidence of the\nfollowing in your CV:\n\n * Career Background: You’ll be self-motivated with a consistent track record at a senior level within ServiceNow development and comfortable in the wide-ranging atmosphere of a technical organisation with a rapidly growing customer base.\n\n * You’ll also demonstrate commercial experience of working within an agile engineering environment\n\n * A broad knowledge of ServiceNow modules as this role requires a well-rounded view of platform capability and the way they can interact.\n\n * Process and solution integration, including an understanding of workflow designconfiguration including Event Flow Handler.\n\n * A solid grasp of API, JSON, MID Servers and associated technologies that cando integrate with ServiceNow.\n\n * Experience of ServiceNow implementations.\n\nPlease apply if you have the above criteria!
