Our client is emerging as a real powerhouse in the in the multi-let industrial (MLI) area of the UK and European real estate market. This strong performance has always been driven by a market-leading tech platform and is now bolstered further by private equity backing. This growth has prompted the search for a candidate who can assist various business teams within the organisation in a Contract Administrator role.
Essentially the successful candidate will:
* Use the digital platform to amend and issue lease contracts to customers;
* Extract various data from contracts, leases and other documents to help manage internal processes and customer onboarding;
* Perform ‘Know Your Client’ (KYC) checks with prospective customers;
* Be responsible for maintaining records and files on cloud storage systems;
* Liaise with third parties, such as the legal team, to ensure relevant business groups can access the information they need.
This role would suit those who are tech-savvy and have sound experience with data and data management. The role itself will report to a member of the legal team and the successful candidate will interact with the legal team frequently. As such, experience with legal documentation or interest in legal contract management would be desirable.
An essential requirement is strong IT literacy and capabilities, encompassing Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Word, Outlook and Teams).
While not absolutely essential, other desirable experience would include:
* Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems e.g. Microsoft CE or Salesforce or MS Dynamics;
* Understanding, or indeed experience in the of letting commercial property in a previous/current role;
* Familiarity of using platforms like DocuSign.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the use of strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude in a current/recent role.
