If you enjoy working in a customer focused environment, then this is an opportunity to join a team who deal with a wide range of housing related issues. Working closely alongside the wider housing team you will actively contribute to the achievement of tenancy and void management objectives in an efficient manner and in line with the policy and procedures.
You will need to demonstrate:
* Experience of delivering a quality customer service
* Great interpersonal, communication and IT skills
* Excellent time management and personal organisational skills
* An understanding of tenancy management.
This is a fixed term contract to 31 March 2026.
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
