The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resilient Teacher of Maths to teach GCSE Maths to students with diverse and often complex needs. Your ability to build strong, positive relationships and effectively manage behaviour will be essential to success in this role. Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging and accessible Maths lessons tailored to individual student needs. Supporting students to achieve their GCSE Maths qualifications. Developing strategies to manage challenging behaviour and promote a positive learning environment. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to address students' academic and pastoral needs. Contributing to the development of personalised learning plans and providing regular progress updates.What We Offer

To succeed in this role, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Maths or a related field. Have experience teaching Maths to GCSE level (essential). Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills and resilience. Ideally have experience working in a PRU or similar setting. Be passionate about supporting students with complex needs and committed to their success. Be a team player with strong communication skills and a solution-focused approach.How to Apply
