Customer Coordinator Administrator - £14.70 Per Hour - 19 Hours Per Week - Hybrid Role with flexible working pattern to suit.
Free Parking - Paid Weekly - 28 days Holiday. Temporary Post until the end of March 2025, with potential to be extended or dependant on next Year's Budgets possibly Temp to Perm Opportunity.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with all enquiries regarding Social Housing and signposting to the correct person or department.
2. Replying to all incoming emails and possibly calls, finding out the nature of the enquiry and forwarding to the right person.
3. General administration duties, such as form filling, emails, taking messages, and providing the best possible customer service.
4. General office duties as part of this busy team.
Qualifications:
1. Good Microsoft Office experience needed for this role.
2. Patience and an empathetic nature.
3. Good listening skills and an eye for detail to ensure accurate recording of information.
