At the AA Driving School & BSM, you’ll put the customer at the focus of everything you do. We’re on the road to providing world-class customer experiences and are looking for the best customer-focussed people to join us on this journey. We’re looking for strong customer service advisors, ideally with a history of dealing with customers via webchat. You’ll be part of a great team, with flexible working options all within the hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm… so your weekends are your own!
This is the job
You will;
* Dealing with inbound chats from the pupils of our franchisees
* Financial transactions including refunding pupils and taking payments from them
* Resolving complaints at the first opportunity - both by inbound chat and/or outbound calls to the franchisee to resolve
* Taking ownership and following up on queries when necessary
* Delivering a high level of service in line with our behaviours so that the pupils go on to purchase other products with us
* Promoting self-serve where possible
