Year 4 Teacher Overview We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant and forward-thinking school. The salary for this position is £30,000 to £50,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. Duties Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Encourage active participation and critical thinking in all areas of learning. Monitor and evaluate student progress, tailoring support to meet individual needs. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that values collaboration and mutual respect. Work closely with parents and carers to ensure students are supported both at school and home. Maintain a well-organised and stimulating learning environment that promotes independence. Participate in school events, initiatives, and professional development to contribute to the school's success.Skills Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 2. A thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
