Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to work in Daventry. Job Duties: Develop and implement tailored learning plans for students with SEN. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to address individual learning needs. Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary. Collaborate with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment. Utilise a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles. Required Qualifications: Previous experience working with students with SEN. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient and empathetic approach to teaching. Understanding of SEN support strategies. Education: A relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs is preferred. Experience: Prior experience working as a tutor or teacher with SEN students is required. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of SEN support techniques and resources. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Excellent organisational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN support or related fields.
