To drive this evolution, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Transformation to lead the strategic transformation agenda across our group. About the Head of Transformation Role The Head of Transformation role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for delivering transformation, process automation, and operational excellence that will future-proof our business, as well as preparing the business culturally for change, and creating a lasting legacy of continuous improvement, collaboration and adaptability. The Head of Transformation will play a key strategic role in defining and leading the execution of business-wide transformation and innovation programs. These initiatives will focus on: Creating seamless processes that add value to our key stakeholders, utilising automation, AI and process re-engineering Ensuring efficient collaboration across the divisions and departments across the Group, removing duplication of processes & tasks whilst retaining what makes each division unique Oversight on innovation projects across the business to ensure they are aligned, sustainable and build a culture of continuous improvement from day one. You will work closely with the Leadership Team, operational areas and support functions to implement future-ready solutions that enhance scalability, productivity, and customer experience. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring successful delivery of transformation projects that add significant business value. Key Responsibilities: Transformation Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment across the Forge Holiday Group brands Lead transformation initiatives across the business, optimising processes, employee engagement strategies, and removing duplication, fostering a culture of continuous innovation. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, identifying emerging opportunities and disruptive trends that will shape the future of the industry. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring teams embrace and adapt to new ways of working Lead engagement with C-suite executives, operational leaders and potential partners to drive transformation initiatives Act as a transformation ambassador, ensuring strong communication, transparency, and collaboration across all levels of the business Design and implement training programs that support employees in adopting new processes. Process Improvement & Innovation Champion a culture of continuous improvement Work with cross-functional teams to streamline ways of working, improve handoffs between teams, and reduce “side-of-desk” activity Identify where technology, automation and data can enable smarter, faster and more effective processes, including embracing emerging AI technologies Collaborate closely with the Data and Technology teams to embed the right tools in the right places, supporting ease of adoption and lasting change Governance, Performance & Measurement Establish a robust governance framework to manage and oversee all transformation programs Define KPIs and success metrics, ensuring that initiatives deliver measurable cost savings, revenue growth, and enhanced customer satisfaction Provide regular progress reports to the leadership team, highlighting transformation impact, risks, and opportunities Ensure compliance with data security, AI ethics, and industry best practices Essential Experience The ideal Head of Transformation will possess the following qualifications and experience: Proven track record in a senior transformation role, leading digital-first business change within a complex, multi-brand organisation Deep expertise in digital transformation, AI adoption, automation, and process improvement methodologies Strong understanding of Agile, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches for business success Strategic thinker with the ability to translate long-term vision into practical, high-impact transformation initiatives Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing C-suite executives, technology teams, and commercial leaders Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics for decision-making and performance tracking A passion for technology, driving business innovation and affecting positive cultural change.
