Our client based in Woking is seeking a Receptionist to join their team for at least 3-6 months with a view to extend. This role requires someone to meet and greet customers and provide general administrative support.
Duties:
1. Providing a first-class service to customers both in person and over the phone
2. Using the system to update information
3. Always maintain a high level of customer care
4. Provide information to customers on a daily basis
5. Update customer contact details on the database
6. Accept and process telephone care payments
7. Front of house reception duties
8. Meeting and greeting customers
Requirements:
1. Previous receptionist or customer service experience
2. Strong Microsoft Office experience
3. Confident dealing with customers
4. Available immediately to start
