We have an exciting opportunity to join our operational team at The Castings, Manchester, as an Assistant Community Manager.
About the Role
As Assistant Community Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Community Team in building and maintaining the reputation and brand of the development within the local community. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, managing costs, and ensuring the highest levels of service and team engagement.
You will lead from the front, overseeing day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, and leasing activities. You should have a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, along with demonstrable experience in managing, delegating, and organizing a team. You will also ensure the Community Team remains highly motivated to provide a responsive, exceptional customer experience.
A core part of your role will be achieving resident retention goals by handling all aspects of customer service, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their lease term, and encouraging lease renewals and referrals. Additionally, you will manage enquiries, conduct leasing tours, and oversee leasing-related paperwork.

Be proficient in IT skills, including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system).

Communicate in a bright, clear, and calm manner.
Be organized and methodical in your approach.
