This school provides support to students who have challenging behaviour and speech and language difficulties and is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team. They provide a variety of opportunities to enable pupils to re-engage and allow for positive progress. All staff build trusting relationships and guide pupils with empathy to help them feel valued and make changes for a better future. This school is located in Brighton and Hove and welcomes pupils from Key Stage 1-4.
This role will give you essential experience within a challenging yet rewarding setting - career progression routes include SEN Teacher, Occupational Therapist, and various Psychology routes.

Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
1. Help children understand instructions.
