PAID MEDIA MANAGER (fixed-term - maternity cover) | Up to £50,000 per annum, dependent upon experience Hybrid role with both office and home-working. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as Paid Media Manager on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave until mid-January 2026. This role is responsible for paid media & PPC buying and together with SEO, cross channel acquisition strategies to deliver commercial, communications and brand objectives, ensuring budget is fully optimised across, Center Parcs, Aqua Sana and Corporate Events for both the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will progress the collaborative approach across the Sales & Marketing team to deliver targets for a wide media mix. This will include media channels such as television, cinema, OoH, print, radio, digital, video on demand, paid social media and display, as well as PPC & SEO and other appropriate channels. You will manage the team to work with internal colleagues and external agencies to deliver strategic digital and media plans, acquiring targeted guests to ensure the business is delivering the right amount and type of first- time guests; as well as overall website traffic and contact centre call volumes to achieve the required bookings and revenue targets. Other responsibilities will include managing our media agencies (and other agencies when required) to drive forward the media, PPC and SEO strategies in line with targets and objectives; devising campaign plans for both the UK and Ireland throughout the year. You will also ensure that all media channels are continuing to improve and take advantage of any appropriate new innovations. This is a data driven role, where you will use multiple points of data such as Google and Adobe Analytics, along with Media Mix Modelling, econometric modelling, attribution, brand tracking and campaign reports to provide insights to continually improve all the key metrics associated with these channels. You will also be required to consider the long-term aspirations of the brand and work closely with the brand team to ensure that any creative that is going live across the channels, has the brand in mind along with commercial objectives. HOURS OF WORK This is a fixed-term contract until mid-January 2026. You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm. Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and home-working. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Degree level education in marketing and / or an analytical related subject And strong ability to analyse and interpret data to maximise performance Working knowledge of media mix modelling and cross channel attribution tools and analysis Evidence of managing significant budgets and revenue targets, preferably in the region of £5m and £250m, respectively Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and relationship building skills Strong attention to detail with a good standard of English and ability to proofread Substantial experience managing multiple media channels (e.g. TV, radio, cinema, display, VOD. PPC and SEO etc) and managing people and teams (cross functional, internal and external) Project management experience and proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience managing, as well as performance managing agencies, and presenting to a range of audiences up to director level Previous experience of managing multiple agencies / external suppliers, particularly performance management and contract negotiation Desirable requirements: Experience with digital display and programmatic buying would be a strong advantage ABOUT THE BENEFITS Center Parcs is a fantastic place to work, and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique.
