Position Overview:
* This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage duties in line with business demands.
* You will have the ability to multi-task under pressure and have a proactive personality in this busy, hands-on role.
* Welcomes guests and fosters customer loyalty through friendly manner.
* Handles and resolves guest complaints.
* Provides guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay.
* Based in the lobby and ready to assist at any stage of the guest's stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
* The role includes checking in and checking out guests.
* Working in Food and Beverage outlets including breakfast, bar, lunch, and dinner.
* Support the Reservations Team when needed.
* Support the Back Office team when needed.
General Responsibilities:
* Welcomes guests upon arrival with care and attention.
* Encourages customer loyalty by building friendly, personalized relationships.
* Ensures administrative procedures do not overshadow guest relations.
* Anticipates guests' needs and considers them.
* Handles guest complaints promptly, respecting the 15-minute response contract.
* Maintains an impeccable attitude reflecting the brand and hotel image.
* Completes tasks related to guest arrival and departure per internal procedures.
* Informs guests about conditions, formalities, and hotel services.
* Handles phone calls and reservations.
* Ensures all documents, products, and provisions are available and up-to-date.
* Handles guest feedback, positive or negative.
* Promotes the company's ALL loyalty program.
* Ensures cleanliness of all working and public areas.
Food & Beverage:
* Take orders and payments.
* Prepare snacks, food, drinks, or breakfast during operational hours.
* Serve guests and clear away in line with F&B concept (restaurant, meeting room, breakfast, bar).
* Provide high-standard service in terms of welcome and waiter service.
* Maintain hygienic food service techniques.
Administration:
* Responsible for cashiering procedures.
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
* Follow procedures concerning invoicing and cash operations.
Salary: £12.00 per hour
