Job summary NHS England is looking to appoint 1 Training Programme Director for Core Psychiatry in the West Midlands in CT1. The programme would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced educational supervisor aiming to further develop their educational portfolio. The post attracts 1 PA which will be reimbursed to the successful candidate's employing Trust at £10,000 (pro rata.) It is expected that Training Programme Directors continue in clinical practice while fulfilling the role. The post will be offered for 3 years in the first instance with satisfactory annual appraisal, with the option of extending for a further 3 years if mutually agreed. The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of School, Postgraduate Dean and the Future Workforce Team to produce doctors who will strive for the highest standards of patient- centered care and commit themselves to a lifetime of professional development.
