Job Purpose:
* To manage the creation of new packs (NPI/NPR) and changes to the existing site pack range (PAO) using artwork
* systems (Harmony/CHAMPS) and SAP notifications. This will be completed in collaboration with APS, Market Launch & Change Co-ordinators, Site Technologists, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Conformance, Production and Logistics.
* To ensure that all pack creations and changes are implemented within agreed lead-times, at minimum cost to the
* company and their customers whilst complying with GMP and EHS requirements.
* To co-ordinate the creation and change of site master data though cross-functional interaction to deliver against targets of cost, quality, and lead times through SAP notifications in a control and compliant manner
In this role you will…
* Ensure consistent schedule adherence and strive to continually drive down material usage.
* Lead, develop, and coach a shift team to meet operational and compliance targets, reward high performance, and manage poor performance.
* Manage site disciplinary procedures and ensure standard ways of working are applied, including dealing with issues during shifts and sharing best practices.
* Comply with workplace health and safety regulations, ensure effective handovers, and contribute to budgetary planning and cost center budget delivery.
* Develop effective relationships with departmental support teams, ensure SOPs are in place and followed, lead Continuous Improvement strategy, and maintain Quality standards.
* Support recruitment and succession planning processes, manage regulatory inspections, generate business information, and act as a mentor and lead manager outside day hours.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
* Sound understanding of Supply Chain processes.
* Highly developed internal and external customer focus and stakeholder management experience
* knowledge of the markets and products supplied.
* 5 GSCEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
* Ability to manage high workload against demanding timelines, prioritising where necessary to meet these.
* Project management skills across different departments and third-party suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Knowledge and experience of the New Product Range Definition Process, the New Product and Pack Amendment Process.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements
