Senior Global Strategy Analyst, Office of the CEO

As a driving force in the Office of the CEO, you’ll work with senior leaders, shape strategies, and create powerful presentations that influence the future of our business. Your day to day
We are a small, collaborative team engaged on high-value projects and strategic priorities directly from the CEO/ EC, as well as from across our wider organisation. This includes the collation and presentation of EC metrics scorecards, the Strategic Programme Review process and the annual strategic planning and investment process. There are also opportunities to support Global Strategy Managers on projects from our diverse regions, helping to solve complex business problems and drive growth. You will play an integral part in liaising with senior stakeholders, preparing documents to facilitate EC decision making, conducting analyses relating to strategic business issues using analytical frameworks and financial/numerical modelling skills, as well as presenting findings in a compelling way to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership.
You will also:
1. Interact with a range of stakeholders, effectively navigating a complex multi-region, multi-function matrix organisation.
2. Prepare core materials for the Executive Committee, working with senior teams across the business.
3. Participate in a wide range of complex strategy projects (e.g., market growth strategy, sustainability strategy, channels strategy), providing the key analytical capabilities on a project, and using your knowledge of business strategy and the industry to help develop recommendations.
4. Contribute towards building compelling presentations and communications for executive audiences.

3. Analytical Acumen: Expertise in assessing and interpreting complex data, both internal and external, with a demonstrated ability to understand trends, develop strategic plans tailored to business needs and synthesise information to share with senior audiences.
4. Strategic Vision: Ability to analyse market conditions, performance metrics, and business challenges to draw actionable insights and drive meaningful conclusions.
5. Self-Motivation & Organisation: Strong self-starter with excellent time management and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Industry Knowledge: Keen interest in hotel industry dynamics, economic factors, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
