As Trade Marketing Pro you bring marketing excellence to all our channel partners and points of conversion through a wide range of deliverables. Reporting to the Country Marketing Manager, you deliver the annual local marketing plan which is based on the strategic direction and marketing focus set by the Pro EU Marketing leadership group. Your strength is securing great online and offline visibility for Husqvarna Professional products in all our channel partners. You do this by being the first point of contact for all channel partners, the local sales team and local marketing team to supply them with promotions, campaigns, online and offline content, events, fairs etc. You help deliver the instore experience, supporting dealers and channel events and activations. You are a proven marketer with solid experience in channel marketing. You are not afraid of being close to the action, working in an environment where no day is the same. With a focus towards key audiences in tree professionals, sport & golf; it is preferred to have a knowledge & passion within this space. Capabilities and experience required: Able to work in International multicultural environment (fluent in English) Project Management expertise Bachelor or Master degree in Business with strong experience iin Marketing strategic– preferably international scope Target and customer oriented Willing to work in challenging environment Project management and coordination skills (i.e. initiating, execute and follow-up projects) Analytic and synthesis capacities Extra assets needed: comfortable with ppt and excel Be the main point of contact for all channel related marketing topics Strong connection with Channel Marketing team centrally to secure timing & execution at country level Summary of responsibilities: Keys Activities: Drive the planning and delivery of channel marketing activations for all local Pro channel partners such as Pro partner, KAM etc. Drive the preparation of annual local promotion calendar for pro products including the development of promotional offers in close collaboration with local sales team Develop material and content for all channel partners and points of conversion (based on centrally set templates and content guidelines) such as (but not limited to): instore material, price-information, catalogues, campaign material, activation material etc. Secure translations and local adaptations/localization for centrally produced assets Support the delivery of content toolkits for both online and offline material to channel partners, working to secure excellent visibility at all channel partner touchpoints such as instore, websites, catalogues and social media Support training of channel partners in both offline and online marketing execution to maximize impact of all marketing activations Work closely with the local sales teams to support the identification of new channel opportunities and activations Be first point of contact for local channel partners Plan and manage industry trade fairs, events and other customer facing activities in close cooperation with Central Channel & Event Marketing Plan & manage relationships with key professional bodies (across Tree Pro, Sport & Golf, Landscaper) Plan & manage press & key influential partners within the professional space Last date to apply: We are continuously accepting applications
