This is a permanent full-time position, offering 30 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Ealing store.
As a Sales Advisor Team Leader, you lead the way in direct customer service, store operations, and team development whilst supporting the management team to deliver the best experience for customers and colleagues.
This role is a great step for those with some supervisory experience who wish to pursue a management role in H&M as a Visual Merchandiser or Department Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* You are responsible for inspiring our customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities and by being commercially aware of H&M, other retailers, and the current environment.
* You are responsible for delivering a great customer experience that contributes to the sales and profit goals of your store.
* You support the store management team to create a great team, by leading the way and leading by example, and also ensuring that all colleagues deliver great garment care and store operations.
* You follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all our colleagues and customers.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who have:
* Experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train, and develop teams
* Previous leadership experience is meriting
Additional Information
Availability 6 days fully flexible, weekends included. Unfortunately, this is not a position that we are able to offer sponsorship for under the skilled worker route.
