Job Title: Operations Team Leader
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Operations Team Leader at our site in Ashbourne.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be able to motivate and empower your team to achieve their full potential, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth delivery of products and services.
* Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
