Sales Office Administrator
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
We are a growing Telecoms company and are looking for someone to join our busy team here in Berkhamsted as an office administrator. The successful candidate will be office based, working alongside the sales team.
We are looking for someone with strong Admin skills. If you have knowledge of installations and online portals this would be very useful. Training will of course be provided for our in-house systems and processes. The office administrator role will be perfect for someone who has had previous experience working in an office environment, and has good attention to detail.
The Sales Office Administrator role will include the following:
* Processing sales orders for broadband, telephone line, telephone system, structured cabling, number migrations.
* Liaising with customers throughout the order installation process
* Answering calls and logging faults on our system when required
* Arranging equipment to be configured and delivered to site
* General sales support and administration duties
* Providing customers with quotations
* Updating project information to our CRM and other inhouse systems.
We would like our new Office Administrator to be confident working with the following applications:
* Word, Excel and Outlook.
* We have in-house portals/ systems for some tasks and training will be provided.
* A good telephone manner is essential as we deal with important clients over the phone on a daily basis.
This is a permanent position
