Job Description: Practice Support Specialist
Job title: Practice Support Specialist
Reports to: Practice Manager
Direct reports: None
Main location: Lymm Centre
Contract tenure: Permanent
Role Purpose
To provide administrative support to the partners to ensure that their relationships with clients can be optimised and assist with the daily operation of the practice. All team members are expected to be multi-skilled to assist the practice in running efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the partners.
2. Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
3. Manage client relationships, including booking meetings, diary management, creating meeting packs, updating CFRs, and creating advice sets.
4. Prepare files, including compliance-required documentation, research, illustrations, and supporting documentation.
5. Ensure files are complete with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms.
6. Process applications accurately and record the required management information.
7. Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure timely case completion.
8. Manage the practice's digital presence, including updating social media outlets and assisting with online marketing campaigns.

2. Excellent written communication skills.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce, QWIL, Online Wealth Account, MyPractice.
4. Broad experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
5. Good organisation skills.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Effective time management with the ability to multi-task.
8. Remains calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively.
