Job Overview
This is a key administrative role supporting the engineering team.
Duties:
* Routine SAP reporting tasks are carried out as requested by the team engineers.
* Customer inquiries received via shared email addresses or direct emails are handled with care.
* The processing and analysis of inspection reports results in raising follow-up tasks for rectification works.
* Maintenance of weekly safety statistics, involving data extraction from the safety database, is performed on a monthly basis in preparation for Team Meetings.
* General administrative support and document maintenance, specifically shared files and standard operating procedures, is crucial to facilitate teamwork.

* Proficiency in SAP is essential, with 2-3 years of experience in administration-related tasks.
