Territory Sales Manager Our client is a global leading manufacturer & supplier of sports & fitness equipment, outdoor adventure and play facilities, working with a range of local authorities, councils, architects and leisure organisations. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage the full sales cycle with prospective clients as well as oversee an existing set of accounts across the Southwest of the UK. The current area turnover sits at £1M, meaning that the successful candidate will have a strong pipeline from day one. Our client is part of a larger group & have strong values of promoting from within; there are strong progression routes through to senior sales and leadership. This is a hybrid opportunity, consisting of field-based working and working from home. Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients including housing associations, local authorities and councils Managing own diary and effective time management regarding client meetings, prospecting new opportunities and other general administrative tasks Manage new leads with aims of creating new client-winning opportunities and generating sales revenue Surveying prospective sites across multiple setting types throughout the whole year (training provided); creating customer quotes, plans and drawings thereafter Actively managing full sales process including win-probability and resource demands in line with business aims Collaborate with the design and sales coordination teams to manage full proposal completion Proactively managing the CRM system and ongoing pipeline Attending occasional conferences and events Monitoring current industry trends to help inform strategic objectives The Successful Candidate 3 years B2B field sales experience Experience selling to local authorities, councils, architects, house builders or leisure attractions is a plus Preferably solution-selling experience Full UK Driving license Based in the Southwest of the UK Territory Sales Manager Package Basic Salary: £45,000 OTE: £15,000-20,000 Annual bonus circa £4,000 Company car Private medical care Pension options 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
