Training, development, and support for you Over the course of this 12-month programme, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in hands-on learning, working on real-world challenges that directly impact the energy industry. Most of your learning will be on the job, supported by your mentor and the teams around you. You'll have a chance to apply your academic training to genuine industry problems while completing modules that contribute towards your degree. Working within the Business Performance group, you could be involved in projects such as:
* Assisting in developing and running the human performance programme, removing barriers and helping people perform at their best.
* Supporting Organisational Learning by investigating events and carrying out self-assessments and benchmarking and putting in place actions to deliver improvements.
* Authoring, editing and uploading Learning Briefs and OE reports to internal and external databases.
* Analysing data, aiding identification of underlying adverse trends.
* Supporting safe, event free operation through communications campaigns, training and other improvement projects.
* Assisting with business planning, developing strong objectives and target to enable to station to deliver sustainable results.

We are looking for candidates who are on track to achieve, or have already achieved, a 2:2 undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Psychology, Human Factors, or any Science and Engineering degree. You should possess strong technical and analytical skills, along with a genuine desire to learn and develop new capabilities. A questioning attitude, good teamwork, and effective communication skills are also essential qualities we seek.
