What Youll Do: Assist with diagnosing and resolving technical issues, both in person and remotely Support routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly Help with installing and setting up new devices, including basic networking and software configuration Provide friendly and helpful support to customers and end users Keep service records and reports up to date Learn how to manage spare parts and tools efficiently Work alongside experienced technicians and the wider support team What Were Looking For: A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving A willingness to learn and grow within the role Basic understanding of IT hardware/software is helpful, but full training will be provided Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Full driving licence (or working towards it) Keen to develop skills and possibly work towards relevant qualifications (e.g.
