Job Description
We are expanding our Conveyancing Department and have an opportunity for an experienced secretary/assistant to join us. The successful candidate will have experience in residential conveyancing and be able to undertake most / all of the following:
* Audio Typing
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and mortgage advisers
* Ordering online precontract searches
* Drafting basic contracts and TR1’s
* Submitting OS1 & K16 searches at HMLR
* Drafting basic completion statements
* Updating lender portals
* Requesting redemption statements
* Filing HMLR online applications
* Completing and submitting online basic SDLT returns
* Diary management
* File management
The candidate should have at least 12 months experience in conveyancing and will be expected to be proactive and assist the department in progressing files. They must also be organised and competent with technology and Office 365.

Role: Full-time permanent 9am – 5pm
Salary: commensurate with experience
