As a manager in a Tesco Store, you will play a key role in Serving Britain’s Shoppers a Little Better Everyday.
This position allows you to put your skills, experience, and instincts to the test; chasing opportunities, finding better ways of working, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will be a role model, helping colleagues know and love our products and services, involving everyone in community projects, and demonstrating the power of teamwork.
Your responsibilities will include maximizing sales, impact, and presentation for your department while ensuring safety and compliance.
This role emphasizes management as being present on the store floor, leading alongside colleagues and customers.
