The Assistant HR Business Partner will support the HR Team in the delivery of a proactive, effective and high-quality Human Resource service within the force.
They will support the Human Resources Business Partner in providing a comprehensive day-to-day Human Resources Service covering the full range of Human Resource related issues across all staff groups.
Provide professional advice and support to managers in aspects of the HR Life Cycle. The role will drive consistency and compliance across the allocated areas of responsibility including absence management, maternity, fairness at work grievances, poor performance, redeployment and redundancy.
