Job Description Assistant Lettings Manager – Exciting Opportunity with Our Client Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join one of their flagship branches, working as part of a highly successful lettings team. In this role, you will take on a key leadership position, deputising for the Lettings Manager when required and providing essential support to the team. Key Requirements: • Minimum 3 years ’ experience in Residential Lettings (essential) • Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude • IT proficient with experience using MS Office packages • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Proactive approach in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic lettings team • Full UK driving licence required Salary & Benefits: Our client offers a competitive remuneration package, including: • Basic salary circa £20,000 - £22,000 per annum • Realistic OTE of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (commission & bonuses) • Company car or car allowance • Generous holiday entitlement, including your birthday off if it falls on a working day • Structured career progression with ongoing training and development • Pension and rewards for length of service Hours of Work: • 5-day week: • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm • Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm • Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (with a weekday off when working Saturdays) If you are looking to progress your career within a leading lettings agency, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step.
