We are really excited to be hiring an HR & Payroll Administrator to work as part of our people team. Clockwise offer flexible, all inclusive serviced offices and co-working spaces, hot desking and meeting rooms currently across 17 locations in the UK & EU. In addition to this, we also operate a small boutique hotel in Bromley (Greater London). Reporting into the HR Services Manager, this fast paced and varied role will focus on: Administration of the colleague lifecycle, including onboarding & offboarding, ensuring a smooth and well managed experience, contributing to our EPS score Administration of multiple monthly payrolls across the UK & EU Benefit administration Supporting the business in HR and, ER processes, including investigations, note taking, with ideally a view to progress to chair hearings and management of more complex ER cases in the future In 2024 we were listed as a Sunday Times Best Places to Work employer and we take pride in striving to deliver an excellent service to our people. Key skills and experience This role will suit someone who holds administrative experience and is looking to move into the HR field, or someone who's currently working within HR and wanting to grow their knowledge. You may also be someone studying toward their CIPD or have recently completed a relevant qualification and looking for your first HR role. Working pattern 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday Office based at either our Bromley or London (Tottenham Court Road) locations. Please note this role will require the ability to travel across the UK & EU for quarterly team meet ups and for ad-hoc ER cases as required.
