Fostering Deputy Regional Manager - hybrid working
£50,000 per annum
NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the UK in order to help them find a Deputy Regional Manager who can join them on a permanent basis, in the North West of England.
This is a hybrid role - this means you will work from their office 2 - 3 days per week and the rest from home. This will allow you to have a good work - life balance.
Responsibilities:
The Deputy Regional Manager will work closely with the Registered Fostering Manager in order to oversee a very stable team of Supervising Social Workers. At the moment, they have 4 Social Workers in the team and they are looking to grow that to 6.
Their North West region has 60 children in placement and it is slowly growing. The team is made out of 4 Supervising Social Workers currently (growing to 6 SSWs), 2 Support Workers and one Administrator.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Team Manager, Practice Manager, Assistant Team Manager and if you have experience in managing a fostering team. You must have a good understanding of the Ofsted regulations.
You will also have a driving license and a Social Work Degree.
