Job Title: Client Lease Portfolio Administrator
Job Description Summary
We have a great opportunity for someone to join Cushman & Wakefield’s rapidly expanding Global Occupier Services team. This role will see you develop your career in one of the most dynamic areas of the Real Estate profession. This is a full-time role within our Global Occupier Services team, sitting within our Birmingham office. You will be responsible for working directly with clients to record and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete, and consistent lease databases in order to ground and secure cost-effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for the occupier clients of Cushman & Wakefield GOS.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Acting as Account Manager for Lease Admin clients, being the first point of contact for data related matters and with responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of client service including communication, upkeep of their property data and ensuring data accuracy.
2. Reporting on critical dates within client portfolios, helping clients to proactively manage their leased property portfolios.
3. Reading real estate leases and associated documents to record information regarding payments, critical dates, and responsibilities or comparing legal documents and/or abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system in line with process documentation.
4. Maintenance of property databases.
5. Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other teammates in their workload.
6. Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating to their job.
Knowledge & Experience:
1. A number of years’ experience within data management / administration experience at international level with at least two years of this being associated with real estate operations.
2. Advanced excel and reporting skills.
3. Advanced technology skills and able to quickly learn new systems.
4. Good working knowledge of Word and Power Point.
It would be advantageous if you had experience across either working with real estate databases, experience of leases or property accounting experience; however, this is not essential.
