- Team Support:
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, people changes and providing comprehensive administrative support. Employee Relations:
Offer support and advice on grievances, disciplinaries, disputes, and absence, escalating cases appropriately. Pre-Employment Vetting:
Review outcomes, ensure standards are met, and escalate when necessary. New Starter Process:
Administer offers of employment, conduct vetting, and ensure all requirements are met. Employee Changes:
Manage changes and leavers, ensuring timely and accurate communication. HR Information Systems:
Maintain accurate employee data, ensuring payroll integrity and systematic work. Regulatory Support:
Provide administrative support for FCA directory maintenance, annual checks, and certification processes. Compliance Activities:
Identify new processes in line with policy requirements. About you:
- Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of administration practices, competent user of Microsoft Office and other office systems, and has knowledge of HR practices. Experience:
