Responsibilities
1. Maintain the equipment within the required efficiencies.
2. Apply maintenance procedures and ensure people and equipment safety.
3. Lead the working team administratively and technically on a daily basis.
4. Achieve and analyze maintenance KPIs and issue periodic follow-up reports.
5. Achieve and follow-up weekly electricity, water, and gas consumptions.
6. Control the maintenance expenses on a weekly basis.
7. Cooperate with the Purchasing & Engineering team for any technical issues.
8. Revise spare parts strategic items on an annual basis.
9. Revise the work orders completion with spare parts withdrawal.
10. Review and modify the spare parts item cards limits to ensure spare parts availability.
11. Review and sign purchasing orders and technically approve supplier’s offers.
12. Revise, check, and approve imported spare parts orders.
13. Participate in planning and preparation for projects.
14. Annual review for equipment fixed assets registry.
15. Complete the organization structure for the team as per the standard crew.
16. Responsible for implementing AIB, TPM, EMS & ERP PEMM systems.
17. Enhance the equipment performance by updating the PM programs.
18. Control team overtime and annual leaves according to the work needs.
19. Raise team skills by internal technical training and coaching new TLs.
