A global FinTech company is looking for a part-time (3 days a week), onsite IT Support Technician in Staines Upon Thames. They will be helping with onsite IT issues such as Wifi access for visitors and clients, hardware needs (charger, adapter, external monitor), or helping connect laptops to TVs for presentations. They will be working on both Windows PCs and occasionally Macs. While their first priority will be onsite support, they could also take on global tickets like imaging laptops or troubleshooting PC, MAC, email, or Microsoft Office issues. They could also have to use Active Directory to create users, image laptops, or create groups.
Top Skills
* 1-3 years in IT support
* Very strong with PC hardware (chargers, adapters, monitors, connecting PC to a screen, etc.)
* Very strong knowledge of Windows
* Ability to troubleshoot Windows
* Knowledge of Active Directory and what it does (making accounts, resetting passwords, reimaging)
