Senior HR Project Manager
Join our client, a FTSE 250 Global Leader in Industrial Software, as a Senior HR Project Manager in a hybrid role, working 3 days a week in office in London or Cambridge.
Salary: £95,000 - £100,000 + bonus
About the Role
This is a key position responsible for leading projects that have a significant impact on the people team and the business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering transformational projects and supporting the business through significant change.
* Project Leadership: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, to scope, within budget, and to the required standard.
* Project Governance: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, manage project gating, and establish project governance.
* Resource Management: Source and manage internal and external resources to deliver the project, ensuring the project team is assembled based on resource availability and skills required.
* Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, using agreed tools, and ensure project deliverables are assigned based on team members' skillsets, strengths, and experience.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage and influence stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved, and facilitate quality assurance, including regulatory, statutory, and corporate compliance.
* Change Management: Plan and manage transition of the finished project products into BAU, ensuring appropriate change management.
* Risk Management: Ensure project risks and issues are effectively identified and managed, and perform proactive contingency planning.
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with the required process and standard.
* Communication: Communicate and report in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate, and analyse successful completion of goals and projects to establish best practice.
About You
We are looking for a HR generalist with strong leadership and influencing skills, experience of project management, and excellent resource planning and scheduling skills. A background in HR with global experience is preferred.
