A key role has become available for a Candidate Manager to join the team. This is a fast-paced role and the company has to react very quickly to client requirements. The role will be varied and will include: • Candidate management, liaison and customer services. • Ensuring applications are managed properly • Screening and assessing candidates to determine suitability. • Reference and compliance checking. • Managing the daily schedule and ensuring availability is up to date. • Candidate attraction. Advertising on job boards and within the relevant forms of media. • Develop social networks to increase candidate awareness. • Recruitment administration and consultant support.
