Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant (Childcare qualification not needed)
Location: Bolton
Role Overview: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and social development of our youngest learners. You'll work closely with the class teacher to create a vibrant and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning among children aged 3-5.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the class teacher in preparing and delivering educational activities
Supporting individual and group learning activities
Providing pastoral care and ensuring the well-being of children
Creating a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all childrenRequirements:
Relevant experience working with early years or young children
A compassionate and patient approach to working with children
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
An understanding of child development and early years curriculum
