What’s in it for you Annual basic salary up to £40,000 DOE Generous commission structure, OTE £65,000 Hybrid working available Performance based incentives 37.5 hour working week 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays Training and ongoing support in the property industry Opportunities for career advancement and personal growth within the company Opportunities to Travel all over the UK What you’ll be doing Keeping a good flow of BTR developments and off-plan opportunities coming into the business Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their preferences and needs Creating a very clear understanding of the product Handling all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact and follow-up to closing the sale and post-sales support Growing and expanding the business in all formats What you will have Experience in property is essential, specifically BTR or new homes would be beneficial You’ll need business development/sales experience and a desire to achieve big results Excellent at building rapport and nurturing working relationships Positive attitude, enthusiastic, willingness to learn and target focused mentality
