Mackie Myers is an independent recruitment partner based in London, Oxford and Cambridge. The company operates in Commerce & Industry and Not-For-Profit sectors, and specialises in Finance and Executive talent. Founded in 2021 by long standing business partners Jenna and Owen, the business has grown organically to 25 staff, already in the top 20% of UK recruiters by sales and scale. After a successful launch and few years of trading, we have ambitious growth plans for the future which includes hiring exceptional talent and offering the best recruitment experience possible.
Role
Having built a multi-location multi-sector platform and experienced significant year-on-year growth, we are now looking to recruit a number of key positions across our London, Oxford and Cambridge teams. You will join one of the growing teams where you will own and build out your own 360 desk and team through winning clients, building partnerships and delivering high quality end-to-end recruitment services. Key to our offering is harnessing digital innovation and entrepreneurial spirit whilst remaining unashamedly human to deliver the best customer experience possible.
Successful Applicant
Whilst we may be past the tricky 'start-up' phase, we still have lots of room to develop and so are looking for ambitious consultants that can continue to fuel our growth. As such, we think our business is best suited to consultants who have a few years experience in finance recruitment (or similar), who are keen to build something meaningful and lasting, and who want both the support and freedom to thrive. In line with our values, our best people are great at building lasting connections, excellent communicators, and care about our business and customers.
