Are you a highly organised and motivated professional with experience in administration, team management and fleet management? We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to oversee reception services, manage company car fleets, and collaborate with key vendors to ensure seamless operations.
As the Office Manager you will be working for a world-leading commercial property insure where you can be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, where innovation and professional growth are highly valued.
For this opportunity there is a requirement to be onsite daily in Maidenhead and once per month in London.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise reception teams in Maidenhead and London, ensuring smooth daily operations.
2. Manage UK and Irish company car schemes, including administration and reporting.
3. Oversee vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
4. Handle procurement activities, invoice approvals, and contract reviews.
5. Provide support on projects and step in for the European Administration Manager when needed.
What You’ll Bring:
6. Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong background in car fleet administration, corporate mobile phone, and service contracts.
8. Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
9. Confident communicator with the ability to build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships.
10. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
