Analytical fault finding on networks and systems including Servers, Switches, Firewalls & Routers Repair of end-point systems Password resets, profile repairs/configurations, new starters, mail release/block Communication of information to technical and non-technical users IT service desk The Candidate: Pivotal to the role is your ability to effectively communicate with customers forging strong relationships. A "customer first" mentality Solid experience in 1st line IT support. Technical experience or qualifications in Microsoft and related products desirable Experience of service desk environments, ideally in an MSP environment. Excellent customer service skills Experience with Datacentre Technologies and Cloud Services The ability to keep documentation updated and add to where required. Server, storage and end-point technology exposure. A desire to learn and expand knowledge to grow within a competitive team A process orientated mindset, ensuring documentation is in place and improvements are identified and put forward.
