To manage the web content, supporting Omnichannel KPIs & optimising pages for an effective customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for optimising web content on key pages to support our Omnichannel business objectives.
2. Accountable for the planning of the customer experience as they land on site content.
3. Responsible for understanding & utilising key KPI data to optimise web experience; & use in planning of content.
4. Responsible for working with teams to optimise content for search & campaign objectives.
5. Accountable for understanding how to communicate multiple messages on key pages of the site.
6. Accountable for competitor research to continuously develop our site.
Minimum Requirements:
* +3 years web content management experience.
* Ideally (but not essential) has worked both client-side and within an agency.
* Good understanding of retail (and some exposure to fashion retail) within an Omnichannel environment.
