AgReserves, Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated Accounting Clerk to join our local finance team. The Clerk is responsible for a wide range of basic accounting and clerical functions.
Responsibilities:
* Match, code, and enter invoices with correct general ledger codes.
* Coordinate weekly payment runs, ensuring all invoices are paid promptly.
* Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors.
* Perform bank reconciliations.
* Maintain credit card receipts, manage reconciliations, and perform GL Postings.
* Perform data entry for various systems and databases.
* Cross-train in other relevant skills to be able to assist in other miscellaneous assignments and projects.
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years accounting/bookkeeping/clerical work or equivalent combination of experience.
* Desire to or actively studying towards a recognized accounting qualification.
* Understanding of basic accounting principles including A/P and A/R.
* Proficient in general computer skills, including Microsoft tools. Previous use of Infor FSM and/or Kronos/Dimensions an advantage.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and outstanding organizational skills.
* Full UK Drivers Licence.
