THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an Intel Analyst, you will use specialized technical experience and attention to detail to develop the tools required to give the client actionable intelligence and context. You will understand the operational landscape and mission environment. You will support issues with a specific focus on CBRN threats and requirements. You will analyze the information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for clients and policymakers and provide time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your clients meet their toughest analytic challenges.

You Have:
1. 4+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst
2. Experience working on issues of military capabilities, tactical and strategic weapons systems, arms control, and doctrine with strategic and non-strategic effects
3. Experience with defense planning at the operational and strategic levels, including with the joint planning process, integrating intelligence into contingency planning product development
4. Experience in assessing and evaluating security issues with Near Peer adversaries
5. Experience with intelligence analysis, briefing, operations, and report writing
6. Knowledge of intelligence databases and software programs for analysis of political and military issues, including Analyst Notebook, Tableau, RMT, Cedalion, Firehawk, HOTR, M3, MIDB, and PALANTIR
7. Knowledge of JP 5-0
8. TS/SCI clearance
9. Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
1. Experience working in a Combatant Command
2. Experience with data, technical, network, and link analyses
3. Knowledge of ISR platforms
4. Knowledge of the Foreign Disclosure process
5. Knowledge of national agencies
6. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent critical thinking and structured analysis skills
7. Master’s degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
